What has changed?
Until now, the Callback URL was only available per message—now, you can define it per list or campaign, allowing you to receive real-time delivery data for the entire campaign, not just individual messages. This means you can receive real-time delivery reports directly within your infrastructure (e.g., CRM, ERP).
What Is a Callback URL?
A Callback URL is an endpoint (a web address on your server) where Apifon sends delivery status updates (DLRs) for your messages. These updates are pushed to your system automatically, enabling:
- Real-time campaign tracking
- Centralized performance monitoring
- Data-driven decision-making
Where You Can Set a Callback URL
You can set a Callback URL:
- List Level: When you create or edit a list, you can set a Callback URL. This URL will automatically be inherited by any campaign created from that list.
- Campaign Level: If necessary, you can override the list-level URL directly in the settings of your campaign.
This feature is supported across all messaging channels and is also available through the List REST API.
