You can now set the GDPR options during the list selection in campaigns and automations, ensuring that your business communications comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This feature simplifies the compliance process by making consent management easier and more transparent. It gives you better control over your subscribers’ data and enhances smart segmentation by grouping users who have given their consent to receive communications from you.

How to Get Started with GDPR Compliance in Apifon
To send communications to subscribers who have consented to receive promotional campaigns from you, you need to enable the GDPR Communication Options in your list settings.

Update - GDPR Option During List Selection
In the first step of creating a campaign or automation, when you select a list by clicking on it, the list element expands to show the GDPR options related to that list.

- Any selections made here will update the GDPR preferences for that list.
- Enabling GDPR is optional for each list, so you can proceed to the next step without making a selection.
In the second step, the default segment "All Subscribers" is automatically applied to the list. A new label now appears at the bottom of the column showing the estimated number of subscribers after the GDPR filters have been applied.
These updates offer greater transparency and flexibility in managing GDPR preferences, ensuring compliance and optimizing the performance of your campaign or automation.
