E-commerce Metrics offer invaluable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing activities. By harnessing these metrics, you can optimize your understanding of customer value and purchase frequency and allocate resources more efficiently, directing efforts toward segments that generate the highest revenue and profit. This strategy enhances decision-making, promoting success for your e-shop.

Here's a breakdown of calculations regarding the new e-commerce metrics to propel your business forward:

  1. Amount of Orders (in the Last 30 Days):
The total number of orders made by list subscribers in the last 30 days.
  2. Total Order Value (in the Last 30 Days):
The total revenue generated from orders made in the last 30 days.
  3. Average Order Value (AOV):
The average order value is calculated by dividing the total order value in a specified period (typically one year) by the total number of orders during that period.
  4. Average Order Frequency Rate (APFR):
The average order frequency rate is determined by dividing the number of orders by the count of unique subscribers who made orders in the last 30 days.
  5. Average Customer Lifespan (ACL):
The average lifespan of customers based on their first and last order dates.
The Calculation comes from the number of years between the first purchase date and the last purchase date for each subscriber and the calculation of the average lifespan across all subscribers, divided by the total subscribers' number.

Utilize these potent e-commerce metrics to access essential tools for informed decision-making and online shop growth. Embracing their power unlocks fresh success opportunities in the fiercely competitive world of online retail.

*The e-commerce metrics are only available to users who have integrated their e-commerce through API or Plugin with the Apifon platform and can access them by going to their list statistics.
