Quality Policy

Describes the intentions and direction of Apifon with respect to quality.

Aiming to consistently provide reliable messaging services to its customers, Apifon supports and commits to the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System that fully complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Our Quality Policy summarises the essential elements of our commitment for excellence.

  • Build a mutually profitable relationship with our customers, ensuring their long-term success, through the understanding of their needs.
  • Comply with legal requirements as well as the requirements of the interested parties.
  • Honor our commitments for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and evaluate systematically risks that affect the Quality Management System, aiming to their sound and timely treatment/management.
  • Continuously challenge ourselves to improve the Quality Management System aiming to enhance its performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage participation and promotion of quality roles and responsibilities amongst all employees and third parties through training, supervision and effective communication.

At Apifon, teamwork, engagement and support by everyone are vital for achieving our quality objectives. In this context, we are committed to providing the required leadership and resources needed for the Quality Management System and will ensure that the Quality Policy is reviewed annually and communicated to employees and interested parties.

Apifon ensures that the Quality Policy is understood and implemented within the organization under the continuous supervision of the Quality Assurance Officer.
