Apifon has designated the following contact points in accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act – DSA). 

Contact point for Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board – Article 11 DSA 

In accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Apifon has designated a single point of contact to enable direct communication by electronic means with the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the Board referred to in Article 61 of the Regulation, for the application of the DSA.

Languages of communication: Greek and English. 

The above contact point is intended for communications from Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the Board in relation to the application and enforcement of the Digital Services Act. 

Contact point for recipients of the service – Article 12 DSA 

In accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Apifon has designated a single point of contact enabling recipients of the service to communicate directly and rapidly with Apifon by electronic means and in a user-friendly manner.
