Support Team Member

We are looking for a new Support Team Member to join us!

Your main responsibilities in this role will be supporting our customers and taking care of their daily needs as we have a customer-centric attitude. If you think you are a communicative, focused and patient teamplayer we would love to hear from you.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Setting up all the incoming requests from and (Managing the incoming customers’ requests).
• Communicating daily with the providers in order to solve technical problems.
• Monitoring messages’ traffic.
• Secretarial duties of the call center.
• Customers training on Apifon’s platform.
• Solving and avoiding daily issues.
• Providing high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keeping policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the root causes of customer complaints are identified and that corrective action eliminates or reduces the causes of customer complaints.
• Promote customer focus
• Obtain customer feedback relating to services
• Record customer requirements
• Monitor customer satisfaction
Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in a position of customer care or technical support
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science
• Good understanding of PHP, CSS, HTML
• Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar photo edit programm
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and verbal communication in English
