Customer Success – Sales Manager

We are looking for a an experienced, energetic, and positive Customer Success – Sales Manager to own and manage a significant book of clients.

As a Customer Success - Sales Manager be responsible for fostering relationships with customers post-sale. This person will work in partnership with our account executives and ensure client’s success and happiness with apifon services. Moreover, you will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Motivate and advise a team of account executives
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
• Advise customers on best methods to take full advantage of our product, including using our data to run better campaigns, collect customer reviews, and user customer-driven content
• Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Work cross-functionally to gather and report on customer satisfaction and feedback
• Keep confidential all client and company proprietary information
Desired Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful proven experience in B2B sales in tech industry
• At least 2 years of successful proven experience as a sales manager or sales team leader
• Previous experience in marketing industry will be a plus
• Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high-level of professionalism
• Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills with ability to lead a team
