Senior Associate, Back Office

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate, Back Office to assist with various administrative duties of Trading Department. He/She has to facilitate the operations of this team offering best in class technical support. Moreover, he/she will manage project processing, market research, pricing, data analysis etc.


Key duties and responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing and processing research data.
• Bug analysis, production support experience, troubleshooting, addressing ongoing maintenance, and resolving problems.
• Live monitor of the traffic and analyzing the data.
• Manage and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
• Import and evaluate prices from vendors.
• Update pricelists to the clients.
• Providing IT assistance to Trading team and customers.
• Handle tickets that refer to complex business cases (escalated from customer services).
• Executing routing set up - decision is made from other colleagues of Trading Department.
• Provides ideas for platform improvements (mnp, auto import rates, etc).
• Perform all required actions and improvements to support Trading Team.
• May lead as a lead, coordinating, and facilitating the work of others (without be a supervisor).
• Keep confidential all client and company proprietary information.
• Report any identified non-conformities related to Apifon Platform and services provided.
• Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer.
Desired Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Specialist.
• Proven experience as a Support Specialist in telecommunication industry will be a plus.
• Previous experience in processes improvements will be a plus.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• Top-notch oral, written (English and Greek).
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Prompt problem solving capability and self-motivation.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Soft Skills

• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Professional manner and strong ethical code.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
