Sr. Associate Messaging Specialist Wholesale A2P

We are looking for a Sr. Associate Messaging Specialist Wholesale A2P to join our team!

As a Messaging Specialist Wholesale A2P you will be working closely with the rest of the team in order to identify new business opportunities, close business deals and build key customer relationships.
 

The main responsibilities include retaining & growing the existing key customer portfolio by offering new solutions/services that meet customer’s needs, while prospecting for new clients through networking events, cold calling or any other means necessary. The role requires the ability to be self-motivated and customer focused.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business.
• Set up meetings between client’s decision makers and company’s practice Leaders/Principals.
• Use any appropriate means within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Keep improving the relationship with the company’s key accounts.
• Plan approaches and pitches and work with the rest of the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Delivering and creating new suppliers in order to reduce the costs; and have a successful collaboration with the supplier
• Evaluate, select, monitor of performance and review supplier services
• Ensure that the root causes of customer complaints are identified and that corrective action eliminates or reduces the causes of customer complaints.
• In charge of managing the whole team – evaluate, reward and apply new methods that will assist the team and the company increases its quality and stability
• Participate in international fairs
• Report any identified non-conformities related to Apifon Platform and services provided.
• Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer.
Desired Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience
• At least 2 years proven experience on sales in a telecommunication company will be a plus
• Previous experience in SMS Trading will be a plus
• Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must
• Experience in CRM software and MS Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure
