Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

The main responsibility of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Allocate marketing budget.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
• Manage an organization's website and maintain it.
• Optimize content for the website, social media platforms, blogs, press releases and podcasts.
• Developing and managing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns’ goals (ROI, KPIs and site analytics).
• Stay up to date with digital media developments.
• Solicit editors of targeted publications for editorial opportunities and negotiate programs.
• Create and execute publicity campaigns and press releases.
• Coordinate and organize the development and execution of corporate events.
Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the Telecommunication or Tech industry.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands. Ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects.
• Demonstrated background in content management, creative writing, advertising concepting, direct mail, media negotiations, and electronic advertising.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Must be able to manage many moving parts and details at once.
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems (Drupal)
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Advanced skills in CRM and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365/Skype;
