Account Manager

We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our team!

The Account Manager plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. They will be responsible of increasing B2B sales with new clients through email, phone and Teams communication, and occasional visits to clients’ offices when needed.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts.
• Understanding of market and customer needs to develop our customer database.
• Communication with (potential) customers to promote Apifon services and increase the number of customers.
• Keep up with market developments and competition.
• Responsible for the completion of all procedures involving a new customer: payments, collect billing information, filling forms (described in the sales procedures).
• Responsible for updating the CRM data with all collected information and the negotiations that have been made, properly and timely.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Achieve sales goals and targets while complying with the pricing policy.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Be aware of and comply with corporate policies and procedures.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, 4-month sales results and annual forecasts).
• Report any identified defects related to Apifon Platform and services provided.
• Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer.
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Desired Qualifications

• Excellent Knowledge of English (oral and written).
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot), MS Office and internet programs.
• Knowledge of computer and technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years proven work experience as an Account Manager, or relevant role.
