HR Administrator

We are looking for a driven HR Administrator to join our team.
You will have both managerial and administrative responsibilities within the company. You will usually be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and often deal with internal and external parties. Duties may include maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring employees receive adequate support.

As an HR Administrator you should have sound knowledge of labor laws and willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. Also, we want someone approachable, fair, and with good multitasking abilities and want you to be willing to attend workshops and training sessions whenever possible.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise company policies
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
• Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
• Be aware of and comply with corporate policies and procedures
• Report any identified non-conformities related to Apifon Platform and services provided
• Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer
• Ensure that all staff are selected, trained and evaluated so that those whose role affects product quality and/or information security are competent in terms of education, training, skills and experience
• Keep job descriptions updated
Desired Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws
• BS in Human Resources or relevant field
Soft Skills

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
